A minimum additional handling charge of $4.00 will apply to all orders. Payment must be made by credit card only.We accept Master Card, Visa,Discover and American Express.
Business Accounts with previously established open accounts may order on account.
Our website is a wholesale website, and our shipping charges are based on the weight of the package(s) and the zip code to which it is sent. Because of the wide variety of products(from jewelry to Salt lamps, it is impossible for us to know the cost of the shipping until we pack the box(s). Nearly every box and every order is different. Because we process over 100 orders per day, it is impossible for us to notify of the shipping costs before we ship.
Pelham Grayson Inc DOES NOT PROFIT FROM SHIPPING COSTS-YOU WILL BE CHARGED ONLY FOR THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING YOUR ORDER TO YOU.
Please note: Pelham Grayson will select the most cost effective method of shipping your package. UPS, USPS and LTL truck shipments will be chosen based on the most efficient method.
You will receive by email a PDF copy of your invoice with all charges and your UPS Tracking information when your order is shipped.
Effective september 15th, 2007 we will no longer pay damage claims for orders shipped via the U.S. Post Office. This applies to orders both inside and outside the United States. Per Postal Regulations the RECEIVER is responsible for filing damage claims and is the only one who can recieve a claims payment. If you have any questions please call or write.
We are unable at this time to provide tracking information for orders shipped by LTL Truck.
