ORDERING GUIDLEINES AND TIPS
Pelham Grayson Inc suggests the following guidelines which will help us administrate and process your orders in the most efficient and beneficial way possible.
1. Place your order on line. Although we will be happy to take your order by phone or fax, these methods of order processing may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.
2. We ship our orders by UPS. You may request shipping by US Postal Service, but this will delay your shipment by up to several days. We are completely UPS automated. USPS is still a manual process, causing delays.
3. Foreign shipments will take up to three weeks.
Canadian orders will be shipped by UPS unless you specify USPS which will delay your shipment.
