This trilobite fossil is from Morocco. Now extinct, this rare metacanthina trilobite is around 350 million years old. This trilobite has beautiful detail that has lasted for tens of thousands of years. Scientists believe that the trilobites are one of the first living animals on earth to develop eyesight. This fossil is embedded in its own matrix which has been carved away to show off this beautiful specimen they are approx. 2 1/2 -1 1/2" inches in length its a beauty for any collector or gift for that guy that has everything and you just want to get him something that no one else has.
